Dear fellows/members,
With the easing of COVID 19, wish this email finds you all well and we will proceed to NORMAL soon.
All of you have been invited to renew Ordinary Membership, Fellow Membership for the period 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 via HKAN web login before 30-4-2023.
HKAN had already sent you the related email on 04-02-2023 showing you:
1. The steps of how to log in and the renewal process. Your Log-in ID will be your Fellowship
number and your Log-in password will be the first 4 characters of your HKID number. The
email will also show you what to do if you have forgotten your ID or password.
2. Once you log in, you will find the fees pre-set in the HKAN system.
HKCNHCM renewal Fee this round are: Ordinary Member = $400
Fellow = $1000
Fellow aged 60 and above = $500
*For those Fellows who have applied for Discounted fee in 2022, please just proceed and NO
NEED to attach support document.
*For those Fellows who will reach age 60 on or before 31 March 2024, please attach
support document (HKID or JoyYou Card) to support your claim of age by e mail
to ea@hkan.hk with your name, college and Fellowship number before you start
renewal process via HKAN web login. For personal data protection, please put in “COPY”
on your document.
* While you are proceeding the renewal process in the HKAN web system, you have to upload
your CNE information and update your personal information in the User Profiles in the
Membership Zone of HKAN web system accordingly.
May I take this opportunity to remind that your “Fellow Membership” / “Ordinary Membership” status would be removed if an annual subscription is not received and you will not be allowed to use the designated title. You would need to re-apply after the removal of the Fellow status.
